Hello! I'm Laura Christian, a seasoned Food & Beverage Development Professional with a passion for turning ideas into reality. My journey in the food science world has taken me from the lab bench to leadership roles, always with a hands-on approach and an unyielding curiosity. I thrive on solving complex problems and guiding teams to success, whether it’s formulating a new product or navigating the commercialization process.
Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing companies, including La Colombe Coffee Roasters. There, I established and led the R&D team and was instrumental in launching and continually innovating their ready-to-drink coffee line. My experience spans everything from developing recipes and managing ingredient sourcing to ensuring regulatory compliance and quality control at the plant level.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Science from Drexel University and have a track record of staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and developments. I’m also an active member of the Institute of Food Technologists and enjoy sharing my knowledge through speaking engagements and advisory roles.
When I’m not collaborating with clients, you can find me spending time with my family enjoying the outdoors, staying active, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
